Shipping policy
All orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, not including weekends regardless of the method of shipment selected. We are a small business and will try our BEST to get your package out to you as fast as possible!! Please be patient with us :)
*International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. Beautylicious You is not responsible for, nor in control of these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office before ordering.*
(Please note if you deny the package because of high custom fees and have it sent back to us we will refund you for all of the items but we are unable to refund the shipping cost)
Lost/Stolen Packages
Beautylicious You is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Incorrect Address Entered
If you entered the incorrect address at checkout please write an email beautyliciousyoubabe@gmail.com ASAP with your order number and the correct address to be sent to. We will try to resolve the issue before the package ships. If we are unable to change the address we are NOT responsible for the incorrect information entered.

NIS ITEMS
If an item is found to be not in stock from your order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
